1991- received Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri.

1993- received LSCSW-Masters specialist in Soscial work from KU.

1985-87- Victim Assistance advocate and volunteer coordinator with the Johnson County District Attorney's Office.

1987-1989- Volunteer Coordinator with Johnson County CASA.

1989-1991- Program Director with Sids Resources of Greater Kansas City- providing support to families having lost a child to SIDS.  Also provided presentations and information for first responders re: SIDS families.

1991-1996 - Therapist with Intensive Family Counseling, providing in-home family therapy to families with children at risk of becoming involved with the court system.

1991-Present - Therapist in Private Practice specializing in families and individuals dealing with trauma.  Providing trauma recovery and support throught the court system to children traumatized by sexual abuse and their families.

Currently serving on the boards of Intensive Family Counseling and CASA of Johnson and Wyandotte Counties.
